PHASE ONE - complete
Land Purchase
We were able to purchase land with an existing barn and caretaker house.
Phase Two - COMPLETE
Digging and installation of many water hydrants and installation of electric out into pastures.
PHASE THREE - COMPLETE
Installation of fencing for 10 paddocks; moving existing shelters and hay feeders from current location, and setting up a safe area for our “mini” horses.
PHASE FOUR
Purchase and installation of hay barn for storage, AND purchase of a 4x4 ATV for hay hauling
PHASE Five
Purchase and installation of generator
PHASE Six: SOMEDAY
Construction of a covered arena for year round horse training
